The Thor Icelandics 2012 Schedule

The 2012 schedule is here! The schedule is full of fun and excitement, with a number of Steinar Sigurbjornsson clinics and a schooling show, and a special September clinic.

We will begin the 2012 season with a 3-day clinic on April 20-22 with Steinar Sigurbjornsson, where we will be offering both private and group lessons - much like we'll be doing in all of our clinics.

The season will tentatively end with two clinics. One is a special 3-day clinic in September. Space will be limited, so sign up early to save your spot. The final clinic will be with Steinar in October.

Please note, private and group lessons and clinics are always available with Kristjan. Just contact him or Thorunn for details, availability and pricing!

August 10-12: Barbara Frische + Kristjan Kristjansson Educational Clinic AND young horse evaluation with Barbara Frische. (Friday young horses, Saturday & Sunday Education clinic.)

This clinic was one of last year's smashing hits! The clinic is an educational one. Barbara will have a lecture, then go through the confirmation of your horse, you then ride your horse while Kristjan observes and gives feedback, Barbara will also be commenting during this time. Kristjan will then ride your horse, and together Barbara and Kristjan will go through the positives and negative traits of your horse, and what you can do to improve and help your horse. Space is limited!!!

The young horse evaluations are for youngsters aged 3 weeks to 3 years old. And starting this year, 2011, The StudBook will be awarding the highest judged young horse in North America with a trophy and recognition.

September 21-23: A special Friday, Saturday and Sunday clinic, similar to last year's special September clinic.

To sign up for this clinic you will have to contact Thorunn. Sign ups will only be done via email or phone with Thorunn (see contact info above). Sign up now, limited space available!! Last year's filled quickly, don't lose your spot!
